喷施亚硒酸钠对茶叶含硒量的影响

摘    要:研究了叶面喷施亚硒酸钠对低硒茶园茶叶含硒量、茶树生长发育和茶叶产量的影响。结果表明,在茶树新梢生长过程中,叶面喷施亚硒酸钠可以显著提高茶叶的含硒量,其提高幅度与亚硒酸钠的喷施浓度成线性正相关。喷后第6天新梢含硒量达到最大值,以后以8%─10%的日速率递减;至第10天,新梢中的有机硒含量达到85%,即从喷后第10天─第18天内可采摘富硒茶。每公顷喷施亚硒酸钠0.10kg─0.40kg时,对茶树生长和茶叶产量无明显影响。

Abstract:Effect of spraying Na_2SeO_3 on increasing Se content of tea andon thegrowth of tea plants and the yieldwas investigated.The Se content of tea was significantly increased by spraying Na_2SeO_3 solution during thedevelopment of the shoots and the increment of the Se content was linearly correlated with the concentrationof the soltition.The Se content of the shoots reached the maximum in the 6th day after the spraying and thendecreased by 8%-10%daily.The transforming of Se from the inorganic to the organic in shoots reached ashigh as 85%in the 10th day,and it was the optimum time of producing Se-rich tea between the 10th and the18th day after spraying the Na_2SeO_3 solution,No significant effect was found on the growth of tea plant andthe yield by spraying Na_2SeO_3 solution with the concentrations of 0.10-0.40ks/hm ̄2.
