摘    要:[目的]建立藏药八味獐牙菜丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为依利特Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.033mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(25:75,V/V)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为265nm。[结果]在0.1656~2.3184μg范围内,盐酸小檗碱浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,R=0.9995,平均回收率为97.30%,RSD为1.57%(n=6)。[结论]该测定方法快速、重现性好,可用于八味獐牙菜丸中盐酸小檗碱成分的含量测定。

Determination of the Content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Tibetan Medicine Bawei Zhangyacai Pills by HPLC

Abstract:[ Objective ] To establish a quantitative method to determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride in Tibetan medicine Bawei Zhangyacai Pills. [ Method ] The quantitative analysis was carried out by HPLC with a C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 ram, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 033 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (25:75) with a flow rate at 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. [ Result] The linear ranges for berberine hydrochloride was 0. 165 6 -2. 318 4 μg (r =0. 999 5). The average recovery was 97.30%, RSD was 1.57% (n =6). [Conclusion] This method is simple, rapid and reliable with good reproducibility, and can be used as the determination method for berberine hydrochloride quantity in Bawei Zhangyacai Pills.
