摘    要:利用AVL F ire软件对SNH4102Z柴油发动机的缸体水套进行了冷却水的流动分布、压力损失及换热性能的CFD分析,然后在原机的基础上进行了优化改进。结果表明:原机缸体水套存在背水侧冷却强度不足、冷却均匀性差的缺点,不能满足缸套冷却要求。而提出的改进方案明显提高了缸体水套背水侧的冷却强度,改善了缸体冷却的均匀性。

Abstract:This paper researched the flow field of cooling water in the body water jacket,the whole pressure loss and the heat convection coefficient of the cooling jacket of the turbocharged diesel engine through CFD software AVL-Fire.And the body water jacket was optimized.The simulation results show that the back side of the original body water jacket presents an inadequate cooling effectiveness and bad cooling uniformity.The improved design of the water jacket was proposed,which improved the cooling intensity of the back side and the cooling uniformity.
