摘    要:结合上海市污水治理工程肇嘉浜雨,污合建泵站整体水力模型试验,研究了不同开机组合进水池中出现的流态,分析了产生不良流态的原因及其对性能和泥沙淤积的影响。提出了改进流态的措施,实施结果证明上述措施有效地改善进水流态,提高了泵的运行效率,减少了泥沙淤积。

Abstract:Combined with the integer hydraulic model test of Zhaojiabang Rainwater and Sewage Water Confluence Pump Station, which belongs to the Shanghai Wastewater Treatment Project, the flow patterns of the inlet pond of different pump start modes are researched. The reasons and the influences of the bad flow forms on the performance of the pump and to the sediment are analyzed. The measures to improve the flow form are put forward,and the effects of improvement on operational efficiency of the pump, and the reduction of sediment are verified by implementation.
