海南蔗区甘蔗黑穗病菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:甘蔗黑穗病是由黑粉菌(Ustilago scitaminea Syd.)引起的一种真菌病害,严重危害甘蔗生产。为了能够准确鉴定海南黑穗病菌和选育出抗黑穗病的甘蔗品种,对采自海南省8个市(县)24个蔗区的24份甘蔗黑穗鞭进行病原菌分离,根据菌落形态学特征,结合光学显微镜观察及分子生物学方法进行鉴定,确定所分离到的病原菌即是甘蔗黑穗病菌(Ustilago scitaminea Syd.)。结果将为甘蔗黑穗病菌生理小种的鉴定奠定基础。

Abstract:Sugarcane smut caused by Ustilago scitaminea Syd. is a worldwide disease and causes serious damage to sugarcane. In order to identify the pathogens of sugarcane smut and to breed sugarcane varieties resistant to smut, pathogen isolation of 24 sugarcane smut samples from 24 sugancane planting areas in 8 cities across Hainan Province was collected. According to the morphological characteristics of each colonies, optical microscope observation and identification of molecular biology, Ustilago scitaminea Syd. was reconfirmed to be the pathogens of sugarcane smut.
