水稻光温敏核不育基因研究进展

摘    要:对水稻光温敏核不育性遗传及基因定位的研究进展进行了综述,并着重就经典遗传学方法在光温敏不育性研究中的适合性、遗传背景及环境条件对育性表达的影响、育性指标在光温敏核不育系遗传研究中的选择、光温敏核不育基因定位方法等问题进行了讨论,对水稻光温敏核不育基因遗传与定位的研究提出了一些看法。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the advances in the research on genetic and gene mapping of the photoperiod(temperature)-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) gene in rice. The fitness of typical genetic method on studying the sterility of PTGMS in rice, the effects of genetic background and environment on the fertility expression, the selection of fertility index in the genetic research and the gene mapping method of PTGMS in rice in particularly are discussed, also some opinion concerning the genetics and gene mapping of PTGMS in rice is put forward.
