机械式自动变速器系统的离合器起步模糊控制

摘    要:机械式自动变速器(AMT)车辆取消了离合器踏板,离合器的分离与接合由电子控制单元ECU控制,起步时离合器的控制一直是AMT技术的一个难点,本文通过分析车辆起步时的离合器接合过程,应用模糊控制技术对机械式自动变速器在车辆起步时的离合器接合过程进行控制,并在装有AMT系统的轻型车上进行了实车试验,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:The clutch pedal of an automated mechanical transmission (AMT) system in a vehicle was cancelled and the engagement and separation of the clutch were controlled by the ECU. However, the control of clutch engagement during starting is a key factor for the development of AMT and its mathematical model for such a process is very difficult to build. In this paper, a control strategy which combined the collision degree and the sliding friction work was developed by the analysis of the clutch engagement process. A fuzzy controller was used to control the clutch engagement process in the AMT system. The developed control strategy was applied to a light track with AMT system and the testing result was satisfied.
