基于Power PC的电控共轨柴油机起动工况的研究

摘    要:阐述了所开发的基于Power PC的32位ECU用以控制ECD-U2电控高压共轨柴油机,分析了控制参数、共轨压力和标定参数对起动过程的影响.在综合衡量排气烟度和起动性能的基础上,确定了电控燃油系统起动模块的控制参数.标定后的柴油机起动顺畅,烟度低.

Abstract:The starting calibration on an electronically controlled diesel engine with fuel injection system ECD- U2 was presented. With the controlling of 32-bit ECU based on Power PC,the effects of control parameters, rail pressure and calibration parameters of the fuel injection system on the starting process were analyzed and the misfire of each cylinder was judged. And the control parameters of start module of the electronic control fuel injection system were confirmed based on measuring the performance of exhaust smoke and starting. The calibrated diesel engine started smoothly, and the exhaust smoke was low.
