中晚熟粳稻米质性状综合分析

摘    要:结合辽宁省2002~2003年区域试验,对新育成的中晚熟水稻品种(系)的品质性状进行分析,结果表明:中晚熟品种的稻米品质较好,但不同品质性状间的变异系数存在着很大的差异。在所研究的品质性状中,垩白率和垩白度变异系数最大;其次是透明度、糙米率和精米率的变异系数最小,且年际间变化不明显。在稻米品质的相关分析中,糙米率和精米率相关系数最大,达0.7344;垩白率与垩白度、精米率与整精米率等呈极显著正相关。主成分分析表明:垩白因子为第一主成分因子,粒长为第二主成分因子。影响辽宁省中晚熟稻米品质的主要因素是外观品质,改良外观品质成为辽宁省今后中晚熟水稻品质改良的主要目标。

Abstract:Rice quality traits were analysed using newly bred mid-late varieties in the regional test of Liaoning Province in 2002-2003.The result showed that the quality of mid-late varieties was good,but the difference of quality among varieties was very obvious.The variations of CHR and CHD were the greatest among the studied quality traits,variation of transparence was the second,and variations of BRR and MRR were the least.The partial cofficientce between rate of brown rice and rate of milled rice was the highest,with a value of 0.7344.Positive relations were found between CHR and CHD,and between MRR and HMR.CHD was the first principal component and length factor was the second.Outward appearance was the key factor affecting rice quality in Liaoning Province.
