金龟子绿僵菌对几种林木害虫的致病性及防治应用试验

金龟子绿僵菌Ma83菌株对27种供试昆虫中的19种显示致病性。该菌株毒力很强,尤其对隐蔽性的蛀于害虫作用显著。利用Ma83菌株的菌液防治青杨天牛、云斑天牛、枇杷天牛、黑肿角天牛、柑桔吉丁虫、茶毛虫、吹绵蚧等7种昆虫,死亡率分别为94.12％、77.43％、78.26％、81.17％、92.72％、59.65％、20.32％。

PATHOGENICITY OF METARHIZIUM ANISOPLIAE AND ITS USE IN FOREST PEST CONTROL

Metarhizium anisppliae strain Ma83 was found to be highly pathogenic to 19 species of 27 forest, pests tested in the laboratory. The strain appeared to be more virulent to wood-boring insects such as longhorn beetles than to other exposed insect species tested. Suspension of the spore powder was tested in the field to control Saperda populnea, Agrilus auriventris. Neocerambyx mandarinus, Aprilus rucficllis. Batocera horsfildi, Euproctis pseudoconspetsa and Ecerva purchasi. Their mortalities were 94.1%, 92.7%, 81.2%, 78,3%, 77.4%, 59.7%, and 20.3%, respectively.
