冷型小麦表观性状研究

摘    要:连续多年试验研究表明 ,在相同的试验处理条件下 ,小麦品种的温度型不因年份、试验、栽培因素的改变而逆转 ;小麦冠层顶三叶各叶位的叶色消褪和失绿面积变化存在显著的温度型间的差异 ,这种差异随叶位的降低和衰老的加剧而逐渐增大 ;小麦开花后芒的衰老程度与开花后天数的关系符合幂函数方程 ,不同温型小麦芒的衰亡状况从花后 2 0天开始有明显差异 ,冷型小麦芒褪色和衰亡的速度比暖型小麦慢。在育种实践中 ,可考虑将冠层温度、冠层叶片和芒等表观性状有机结合 ,以快速、准确地识别冷温材料 ,选择冷温后代

Abstract:Field experiments were conducted over fifteen years(1984~2000).Canopy temperature,senescence of canopy leaves and awns for cold type wheat (CTW) and warm type wheat (WTW) were studied.The results showed that the temperature type of varieties could not be reversed with the change of climatic year and cultivating such as seeding date,seeding rate and nitrogen application rate, they were planted under the same experimental condition.The significant differences between CTW and WTW were observed in the color fading and the non-green area chang of the top three leaves,and the differences were increasing along with the dropping of leaf position and the aggravating of leaves senescence.The relationship between the awns senescence and the days after anthesis (DAA) can be expressed by the power function equation.The difference of the senescence state between CTW and WTW can be observed easily after 20 DAA.The rate of color fading and senescence of awns in CTW was slower than that in WTW.The apparent characters such as canopy temperature,senescence of canopy leaves and awns can be used to identify cold temperature materials and to select cold temperature posterity.
