拮抗链霉菌F-1013的种类鉴定及其16S rDNA序列分析

摘    要:对分离自海洋虾壳的一株拮抗链霉菌菌株F-1013进行了形态学、培养特征及生理生化分析,鉴定结果表明,链霉菌F-1013的上述特征与玫瑰黄链霉菌(Streptomyces roseoflavus)的高度一致.聚类分析表明,二者的16S rDNA序列的相似性达到了99.93%,且二者于该序列中的120 bp-γ可变区序列完全相同.因此,可将链霉菌F-1013定名为玫瑰黄链霉菌F-1013(Streptomyces roseoflavusF-1013).

Abstract:By analyzing the morphological,cultural,physiological and biochemical characteristics of the strain F-1013 isolated from the shell of shrimp,it was indicated that all these characteristics were very similar to those of Streptomyces roseoflavus.Homology analysis showed that its 16S rDNA sequence has the identity of 99.93% with Streptomyces roseoflavus and of 100% between the 120 bp-γ regions of 16S rDNA of the two strains.Accordingly,Streptomyces sp.F-1013 could be named as Streptomyces roseoflavus(F-1013).
