摘    要:分别利用Nit突变体技术和RAPD标记,对来自河南省不同地区的10个新月弯孢菌株的营养体亲和性进行了研究。结果显示:利用Nit突变体技术将供试菌株分为3个VCGs;利用RAPD标记,以0.5为阈值将供试菌株分为3个遗传类型;来自同一个VCGs的菌株属于同一个遗传类型,表明Nit突变体技术可用于玉米弯孢叶斑病菌菌株间亲缘关系的研究。

Abstract:Vegetative compatibility of 10 isolates of Curvularia lunata from different areas of Henan province was analyzed with nitrate non-utilizing(Nit) mutants and RAPD fingerprints techniques.Results showed: ① All isolates belonged to 3 different vegetative compatibility groups(VCGs).② The isolates mentionedabove can be divided into 3 genotypes based on threshold 0.5 of genetic distance with RAPD fingerprint.③ The isolates involved in the same VCG also belonged to one genotype.The results indicated that Nit mutant technique could be used in the study on the genetic relationships among isolates of maize Curvularia leaf spot fungus.
