摘    要:为探讨毛苕子化感作用在杂草防治中应用的可行性,采用培养皿砂培生物检测法研究了毛苕子的花期茎叶和根水浸提液处理对田园常见杂草波斯婆婆纳、一年生早熟禾和稗草的化感作用。结果表明,毛苕子茎叶和根水浸提液处理对3种供试杂草的种子萌发和幼苗生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,且存在明显的浓度效应;毛苕子水浸提液处理对杂草的化感效应因杂草种而异,对供试杂草的化感抑制强度为波斯婆婆纳>稗草>一年生早熟禾;毛苕子茎叶水浸提液对3种杂草的化感抑制作用强于根水浸提液。

Abstract:The allelopathic potential of Vicia villosa in weed management,laboratory bioassays were conducted using speedwell,annual bluegrass and barnyardgrass as acceptors.Water extracts of aerial parts and roots of V.villosa at concentrations of 0,0.050,0.075 and 0.100 g/mL inhibited seed germination rate and seedling growth of the weeds.The inhibition increased with increased concentrations of the water extracts.The allelopathic effects of V.villosa on the weeds varied with weed species in the descending order of speedwell > annual bluegrass > barnyard grass.The extracts of aerial parts of V.villosa showed a greater inhibitory effects on the weeds than the root extracts.
