宣木瓜果实生长发育规律及其矿质养分特征的研究

摘    要:探讨了4个宣木瓜品种(罗汉脐、小苹果、长香、野生)果实生长发育及其矿质元素含量的动态变化。研究结果表明:不同宣木瓜品种纵径的增加呈现不同的变化曲线;果实横径和鲜果重量的变化趋势基本一致,均呈现"S"型增长动态曲线;果实含水量的变化表现出了很明显的共性,即含水量下降变化的拐点均出现在4月底;幼果期果实中N、P、K、Mg矿质养分含量较高,随着果实不断生长膨大,各养分含量均呈现下降趋势,果实生长后期(5月底以后)变动幅度微小,研究还发现,同品种的N、P含量变化曲线极为相似。

Abstract:Growth and changes of nutrient elements were investigated during the fruit development of four Chaenomeles speciosa cultivars,including'Luohanqi','Xiaopingguo','Changxiang'and'Yesheng'.The results showed that The variation curves of fruit vertical diameter differenced in different Chaenomeles speciosa cultivars with the fruit development.The variation curves of horizontal diameter and fresh weight were similar,and they were all "S"-type.The changes of water content in Chaenomeles speciosa fruit had a common characteristic:Curve inflection point of water content was observed at the end of April.The contents of N,P,K and Mg were at the highest point in the young fruit period,and then reduced with the fruit expansion;at the later period,the contents of the four elements showed little change after June.It was also found that the variation curves of N content were similar extremely similar with that of P content in the same variety.
