| 摘 要： | 全面建设农村小康社会要选择一定的模式，富裕文明生态村是一种有效的模式，已表现出了农村小康社会的基本特征。应采取适宜的策略，正确处理小康村建设与区域发展、农村城镇化、农民素质提高及政府、社会之间关系，以加快推进农村全面小康社会建设的进程。

| Abstract: | The rich civilized ecotypical villages that had showed the characteristics of a well-off society was an effective way of building a well-off society in an all-round way. We should take suitable policies and handle correctly the relations between building of a well-off society and the development of economy, townnizing in rural areas, government to bring about a great advance in building a well-off society in rural areas. |
