| 摘 要： | 采用已报道的3种十字花科作物菌核病抗病性鉴定方法,在同一条件下,对5个已知抗性的花椰菜品种进行鉴定比较.结果表明:结球期琼脂块叶腋接种法、营养生长期琼脂块活体叶片法与大田接种鉴定的相关系数分别达到0.885 9和0.926 6,可有效反映抗、感品种的差异,可用于花椰菜菌核病抗性的快速鉴定；但营养生长期琼脂块离体叶片法用于抗性鉴定的效果不好；根据抗性鉴定方法的比较结果,选用结球期琼脂块叶腋接种法,以‘农乐45天’为对照,对21份花椰菜材料进行抗性鉴定,筛选获得了‘神良金花’和‘长胜65天’2份高抗材料.
