| Abstract: | This paper carried out the snowmelt and rain runoff forecast model of Baiyang water basin according to the sqectal festure of Baiyang water basin,and adopted dynamiC programming model as an optimum principle of the most reductive flood peak and adopted method of rolling policy.The paper has effectively solved the question of real-time optimal dispatching of Baiyanghe reservoir in the planning design or management operation stage. |
