| 摘 要： | 分子标记技术的快速发展推动了玉米研究的发展。概述了各种常用分子标记AFLP、RAPD、RFLP、SSR、SNP的原理、特点,以及近年来分子标记技术在玉米遗传多样性分析、杂种优势群划分、分子标记辅助选择育种、QTL定位研究及品种鉴定中的应用。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of molecular marker technology promoted the progress of the maize research.The principle and characteristics of various common used molecular markers,such as AFLP,RAPD,RFLP,SSR and SNP were outlined.And the applications of molecular marker technology in the analysis of maize genetic diversity,division of heterosis groups,molecular marker-assisted selection in breeding,QTL orientation research and variety identification in the recent years were also summarized. |
