| 摘 要： | 本世纪初，国务院发展燃料乙醇试点建设项目中，吉林60万吨／年（投资28．9亿元）；河南天冠30万吨／年；安徽丰原32万吨年（投资14亿元，前期项目6万吨年规模）；黑龙江华润10万吨／年，大部分以粮食为原料。从2006年起，为了世界粮食紧缺、价格上涨以及生产成本提高，保证粮食安全问题，政府已下紧急通知，我国停止新批粮食（玉米）燃料乙醇企业，
