| 摘 要： | 水资源紧缺已成为全球的突出问题之一．国内外对节水农业的研究都给予高度重视。根据黄淮海平原水资源短缺现状和农业生产特点，提出了节水农业的涵义、标准及农业节水潜力、节水农业综合技术体系及其关系措施，同时阐述了实现节水农业技术体系的途径，以达到节水、增产的目的。

| Abstract: | Water shortage is a globe problem and study of water-saving agriculture is a popular subject interested by experts at home and abroad. According to the water shortage situation and agricultural production feature of the Huang-Huai -Hai plain, the definition, standard of water-saving and the comprehensive technical system and the related measures of water-saving agriculture have been presented. Meanwhile, the approachs of carrying out the technical system of watersaving agriculture have also been explained for saving water and increasing yield. |
