摘    要:从2~5叶期甜瓜根茎部共分离纯化了内生细菌81株,平皿对峙试验结果表明,有6株内生细菌对甜瓜枯萎病菌的生长有明显的拮抗作用,其中Z46,Z53,Z54和Z56菌株的拮抗性较强。上述4株拮抗菌的5倍发酵滤液对镰刀菌的抑制率分别为62.8%,66.8%,63.0%,64.7%。温室内防效试验结果表明,Z56对甜瓜枯萎病的防效最高,200倍和400倍发酵液的防效分别为80.0%和60.0%,同时对寄主具有明显的促生作用。说明Z56菌株具有潜在生防功能。

Abstract:81 endophytic bacteria strains were obtained by isolating 2-5-leaf stage plants of 2 melon cultivars.Plate confrontation test showed that 6 bacteria strains inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporium.Among these,antagonistic effect of Z46,Z53,Z54 and Z56 showed the best.Fermentation inhibition effect of the 4 antagonistic bacteria strains against the growth of pathogen were 62.8%,66.8%,63.0% and 64.7% respectively.Z56 strain could effectively control melon wilt,the control efficacy of fermented solution diluted by 200 and 400 times were 80.0% and 60.0% in greenhouse test.
