日本落叶松无性系化学组成遗传变异的研究

摘    要:对10个10年生日本落叶松无性系的水分含量、1%NaOH抽出物含量和综纤维素含量进行了测定。结果表明,水分含量1、%NaOH抽出物含量和综纤维素含量无性系间差异极显著。木材水分含量、综纤维素含量同树高、胸径、形率、冠幅、皮厚、主枝粗、枝干比、主枝夹角、主枝长的相关关系不显著。1%NaOH抽出物含量与树高、胸径、冠幅的负相关关系达到显著水平。1%NaOH抽出物含量与综纤维素含量之间显著负相关。水分含量1、%NaOH抽出物含量和综纤维素含量都受到中等水平的遗传控制。重复力分别为0.709 1、0.701 0和0.588 8。按照20%的选择率,水分含量、1%NaOH抽出物含量和综纤维素含量的遗传增益分别为8.71%、8.70%和1.19%。

Abstract:Genetic variations of wood chemical properties of 10 Japanese larch clones at 10 years were investigated.The result revealed that wood chemical properties had a high significant difference among clones.The contents of water and the contents of holocellulose were independent with growth and stem-form traits. The contents of 1% NaOH extractive was negatively correlated with height,DBH and crown width.The contents of 1% NaOH extractive was negatively correlated with the contents of holocellulose.The repeatability estimates of clones were 0.709 1,0.701 0 and 0.588 8,indicating the contents of water,the contents of holocellulose and the contents of 1% NaOH extractive were under strong genetic control.The average genetic gains were 8.71%,8.70 and 1.19% for the contents of water,the contents of holocellulose and the contents of 1% NaOH extractive if 20% of the best clones was selected.
