肺线虫的一新亚科、新属和新种

<正> 1979年10月,重庆动物园在天全县捕获一头羚牛(Budoreas taxicoior Hodgson,1950.)因角斗腹腔被穿孔致死,我们从其气管和支气管内获得三种肺线虫共计一百余条,经鉴定其中一种与已报导的原圆科(Protostrongylidae)中各属的虫种的形态特征都不相同,我们认为是新亚科、新属和新种,拟命名为三叉圆虫亚科(Trifurcastrongylus subfu.n.)三叉圆

A NEW SUBFAMILY,GENUS AND SPECIES OF LUNGWORM

A lungworm Trifurcastrongylus tianquanus sp.n.was found in the bronchi of takin (Budorcas taxicolor). It belongs to a new subfamily Trifurcastrongylinae and new genus Trifurcastrongylus of family Protostrongylidae Diagnosis of the new subfamily and genus, Mouth simple. Buecal capsule absent. Head papilla present.Esophagus enlarged posteriorly. Male. Bursa developed. Dorsal ray stout, short and divided into three branches from its base, as a turned Chinese word "Shan". Posterolateral rays very small, as a papilla of mediolateral rays. Spicules unequal, slender, without alae.Gubernaculum present. Telamon absent. Female: Tail short, conical.Vulva opens near the anus of the end of body. Diagnosis of the new species. Body filiform.The male is 25.9 mm.long by 0.19 mm.wide.Bursa divided into a pair of lateral lobes and a dorsal lobe. Spicules similar but unequal in length, the left 0.66mm.and the right 0.58mm. long. Gubernaculure is dividec into two parts, a rodlike eorpus, and a membraneous crus with a rosette-shaped frame at its distal end.Capitulum absent. The female is 35.90 mm. long by 0.185mm.wide.Provagina absent.Vulva near posterior extremity. Host: Takin (Budorcas taxicolor) Habitat: Bronchi Locality: Tianquan, Sichuan, China. Type and Paratype specimens are deposited iu Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary science of Sichuan Agricultural College.
