颉颃细菌GXG-2-2的菌株鉴定及其对植物病原菌的颉颃作用

摘    要:从枯草中分离筛选获得的颉颃细菌GXG-2-2被鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。该菌有很强的分泌胞外蛋白酶的能力。于发酵液中加入60%饱和度的(NH4)2SO4沉淀所得的蛋白粗液对多种植物病原菌有强烈的抑制作用。例如稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia grisea)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、烟草赤星病菌(Alter-naria alternata)、大白菜软腐病菌(Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotovora)等。

Abstract:The antagonistic bacterial strain GXG-2-2 isolated and screened from withered grass was identified as Bacillus subtilis. It has a property of strong producing extracelluar proteinase. A crude antagonistic preparation was obtained by adding ammonium sulfate to the fermented liquid of B. subtilis GXG-2-2 and displayed strong antagonistic activity to various plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria. Such as Fusarium graminearum, Alternaria alternate, Alternaria alternate, Erwinia. carotovora. subsp, carotovora.
