非那西丁合成方法研究

摘    要:以乙酸酐与对乙氧基苯胺发生酰化反应,通过改变反应条件(反应物摩尔比、pH、温度)进行实验,探索非那西丁合成的最佳实验条件.结果表明,非那西丁合成的最佳实验条件是:乙酸酐与对乙氧基苯胺物质的量之比为1.5 1,pH为5,反应温度100℃,产率为86%.

Study on the synthesis of Phenacetin

Abstract:In order to explore the best experiment conditions of synthesis of Phenacetin, the acylation reaction was taken place between acetic anhydride and p-ethoxyacetophenone. Experiments were carried out in different conditions. In this work, molar ratio, pH and reaction temperature were discussed. The results showed that the best experiment conditions of synthesis of Phenacetin were as follows: molar ratio of acetic anhydride and p- ethoxyacetophenone was 1.5 : 1 ,pH was 5 ,reaction temperature was 100 ℃ ,and the yield was 86%.
