| 摘 要： | 作为新农村建设的主要内容之一，新农村住宅建设备受关注，它对改变目前农村住宅现状，适应农村发展的新要求，使北方农村住宅建设走上集约化、可持续发展之路意义重大．在分析北方农村住宅建设存在的问题的基础上提出了北方新农村节能环保型住宅的建设理念．

| Abstract: | New rural residence was paid great attention as one of the main elements of new rural construction. Changing extensive and low level of rural residence, keeping up with the pace of rural development and making residential construction onto sustainable way had great significance. The design concept of new rural residence with energy-saving and environmental protection in north was proposed on the basis of analyzing problems in theconstruction of rural housing. |
