超微粉碎技术作为一种新型加工方法,已受到人们的普遍关注.文章对超微粉碎加工的基本原理及特点进行了概述,并介绍了超微粉碎技术在食品、农产品及中药等相关行业中的现状、应用概况及其发展前景.

Abstract:
Superfine grinding technology had been paid more attention as a new processing method. The basic principle and characteristics of superfine grinding technology were summarized in this article. At the same time, made a basic introduction in food, agricultural products and traditional chinese medicine with the present situation, application and development prospect.
