| 摘 要： | ELIsA技术具有操作简便、快速准确、易于标准化、特异性强、敏感性高、重复性好、经济实用等优点，已被广泛应用于畜牧业、临床医学、环境污染控制、食品安全监测、生物、化学等领域。文章综述了应用ELISA检测我国猪病的研究进展。

| Abstract: | ELISA has the advantages of simple operation, fast, highly accurate and sensitivity, strong specific, good repeatability, economic and practical. ELISA has been widely used in animal husbandry, clinical medicine, en- vironment pollution control, food safety monitoring, biological chemistry. The research progress of using ELISA to detect swine diseases in China was recommended in this paoer. |
