摘    要:选用5岁、平均体重为500 kg的西门塔尔阉牛3头,以玉米青贮和精料补充料为基础饲粮,采用3×3拉丁方设计,在饲粮中分别添加硒0.1、0.2和0.3 mg· kg-1和维生素E 30、60和90 U.kg-1,共9组,硒水平(mg·kg-1)/维生素E水平(U·kg-1)分别为0.1/30(1组)、0.2/30(2组)、0.3/30(3组)、0.1/60(4组)、0.2/60(5组)、0.3/60(6组)、0.1/90(7组)、0.2/90(8组)、0.3/90(9组),研究在饲粮中添加不同水平的硒对维生素E表观消化率的影响.结果表明,处理8和9组极显著高于2和4组(P<0.01),显著高于1、3、5和7组(P<0.05);1、3、5、6和7组显著高于2和4组(P<0.05).3、6和7组的GOT活性显著高于其余组(P<0.05).3和6组的GPT活性极显著高于1组(P<0.01),显著高于2、4、5、7、8和9组(P<0.05);2、4、5、7、8和9组显著高于1组(P<0.05).3、6和9组的GSH-Px活性极显著高于1、4和5组(P<0.01),显著高于2、7和8组(P<0.05);2、7和8组显著高于1、4和5组(P<0.05).研究表明,不同硒水平极显著影响牛维生素E消化率.

Abstract:Three Simmental steers(average body weight 500 kg, 5 year old) feeding basal diet consisting of corn silage and concentrate supplement which was added with 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mg Se and 30, 60 and 90 U VE per kg diet were used in a systematic 3x3 latin square design. Se (mg. kg-~)/VE (U. kg-~) level in the nine groups were 0.1/30 (group 1), 0.2/30 (group 2), 0..3/30 (group 3), 0.1/60 (group 4), 0.2/60 (group 5), 0.3/60 (group 6), 0.1/90 (group 7), 0.2/90 (group 8) and 0.3/90 (group 9), respectively. The nine groups were formed to study the effects of supplementa- tion of Se on VE digestibilities and blood biochemical indexes. The results showed that the digestibility of VE in group 8 and 9 were very significantly higher than that in group 2 and 4 (P〈0.01), significantly higher than that in group 1, 3, 5 and 7(P〈0.05). The digestibilities of VE in group 1, 3, 5 and 7 were significantly higher than that in group 2 and 4 (P〈0.05). GOT activity in groups 3, 6 and 7 was significantly higher than other groups (P〈0.05), GPT activity in groups 3 and 6 was very Significantly higher than in group 1 (P〈0.01), was higher significantly than in groups 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9(P〈0.05), GPT activity in groups 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 was higher significantly than in group 1 (/9〈0.05). GSH-Px activity in groups 3, 6 and 9 were very significantly higher than that in group 1, 4 and 5 (P〈0.01), significantly higher than that in group 2, 7 and 8 (P〈0.05). GSH-Px activity in group 2, 7 and 8 were significantly higher than that in group 1, 4 and 5 (P〈0.05). The results indicated that different Se level has a very significant influence on vitamin E digestibility.
