摘    要:介绍了不同因素对橡胶树内珠被植株再生体系建立的影响、以内珠被愈伤组织为外植体的超低温保存及其转基因等3个方面的研究进展,并对其存在的问题和应用前景作了分析和探讨。

Abstract:The article mainly introduced the effects of different factors(such as genotypes,concentration and ratio of plant hormone,carbon source,CaCl2 concentration,culture method,tree age and propagation method ect.)on the establishment of plantlet regeneration system,cryopreservation and genetically engineering research of inner integument callus as an explant.Finally,problems and their application prospects were also analysed and discussed.
