柠檬酸钛对巨峰葡萄果实品质和叶片叶绿素含量影响的研究

摘    要:柠檬酸钛可以提高巨锋葡萄浆果成熟期果实的含糖量、着色程度,降低果实含酸量,增大果粒体积。提高叶片的叶绿素含量,最佳使用浓度为20g/l。

Abstract:During KYOHO grape berry maturing,citric acid titanium increased saccharinity,anthocyanidin content in fruits, enlarges fruit and decreased acid content in fruit and increased chlorophyll content ofleaves. The best concentration of citric acid titanium is 20g/l.
