兔支气管败血波氏杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:为鉴定从临床获得的病死成年兔中分离到的一株革兰氏阴性杆菌,应用VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析系统仪完成细菌生化鉴定及药敏试验,并对16S rRNA基因测序鉴定,通过MegAlign(Lasergene7.1)及Phylogenetic(Lasergene7.1)绘制进化树及同源性比较以了解该株细菌的遗传进化关系。结果表明此株细菌是支气管败血波氏杆菌,并与BX640428等序列同源性高达100%。生化试验及药敏试验结果表明谷氨酰芳胺酶pNA试验、L-脯氨酸芳胺酶试验、酪氨酸芳胺酶试验、尿素酶试验、柠檬酸盐(钠)试验、L-乳酸产碱试验、琥珀酸盐产碱试验为阳性,对头孢替坦、头孢唑啉、呋喃妥因具有耐药性。

Isolation and Identification of Bordetella bornchispetica from Rabbit

Abstract:We used the VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbial analysis system to identify the strain of gram-negative bacilli isolated from a dead adult rabbit and to make biochemical identification and drug sensitive tests.The 16S rRNA was identified,sequenced and analyzed through Megalign and DNAstar.This strain was identified as Bordetella bomchispetica and the homology to BX640428 was 100%.The results of biochemical identification and drug sensitive tests,including AGLTp,ProA,TyrA,URE,CIT,ILATk,SUCT,showed that all tests were positive,and this strain was resistant to cefotetan,cefazolin and nitrofuranto.
