不同基因型大豆生育特性与积硒关系研究

摘    要:不同基因型大豆品种间生育特性有明显差异,辽豆14号和沈农6号最大生长速率出现时间较晚,50-80 cm叶片干物质变化平稳,30-60 cm分枝干物质积累较高,0-40 cm茎秆干物质积累相对较低,荚数、百粒重和比叶重变化特征均有利于硒的吸收和分配,是导致其硒积累增加率高于辽豆11号和铁丰29号的主要原因;同一品种大豆子粒硒含量随施硒浓度的提高而增加,不同大豆品种在土壤中吸硒能力越强反而施硒效果越差,表明不同基因型大豆品种间积累硒能力存在明显的差异;根据大豆生育特性合理叶面喷施硒肥,对富硒大豆的生产、加工和保护生态环境是十分有利的。

Abstract:The results showed that there were differences between growth character of different genotypic soybean, Vmax of Liaodou14 and Shennong6 was later, DW accumulation amounts of 50 - 80 cm leaf was stable, 30 - 60 cm branch was higher, 0-40 cm stem was lower, the pod number, 100 grain weight, specific leaf weight, which caused that grain Se content increase rate of Liaodoul4 and Shennong6 is higher than that of Liaodou11 and Tiefeng29. With the increase of spraying Se-fertilizer concentration, the grains Se content increase in the same variety, but with the increasing of variety absorbed Se ability from soil, Se content increase rate decrease after the spraying Se-fertilizer, Se-accumulation ability was different between different genotypic soybean varieties. It was important for rich-Se soybean production, processing and protecting ecological environment that reasonable spraying Se-fertilizer according to soybean growth character.
