栽培馉饳菜营养特性的研究

摘    要:取栽培的馉饳菜植株为材料,研究其营养成分,特别是矿质元素的含量及其在不同生育期和不同部位的变化规律。结果表明:馉饳菜营养丰富,富含矿质元素,其钙、钾、镁、铁、锰的含量都高于常见的荠菜和蕨菜。但也发现镉和铅2种重金属元素,且已经超标。可溶性糖、VC和胡萝卜素含量丰富,其中幼苗期、拔节期和花前期上部植株的可溶性糖和VC含量远高于蒲公英、扫帚苗、马齿苋、荠菜、苦荬菜、山菜、反枝苋,胡萝卜素含量也高于上述野菜。馉饳菜在幼苗期、拔节期和花前期都具有丰富的营养。

Abstract:The Silene conoidea L.was popular in local population as a kind of wild herbs.It is nourishing.In order to explore its nutrition properties the cultured Silene conoidea L.was sampled by different developmental stages.The nutrition content were studied,especially the mineral elements,and so were its change pattern.The results showed that Silene conoidea L.contained abundant nutrition.Its content of calcium,potassium,magnesium,iron and manganese were far higher than Capsella bursa-pastoris L.and fern vegetabl...
