摘    要:黄河流域有许多提灌泵站,黄河含沙水对水泵叶轮的汽蚀与磨损破坏是急需解决的突出问题。经过多年对泵破坏情况的观察,理论分析了含沙水流对离心泵叶轮的磨损原因和主要影响因素,受用了改进叶轮设计参数和低碳钢板成型叶片组焊叶轮等一些防腐减磨措施,经实际运行可成倍延长叶轮使用寿命,提高泵平均运行效率。具有广泛的推广使用价值,经济效益显著。

Abstract:There are a large number of pump stations used for irrigation along the valley of Yellow River with a common problem to be solved urgently. It is the destruction of pump impeller due to cavitation and wear characteristic of the sand laden water flow of Yellow River. By observing the characteristics of pump destruction for years, the mechanism and major influencing factors of the wear occured with the impeller of centrifugal pumps are analysed with solid liquid two phase theory, and several wear resisting or wear reducing measures, such as improved design of impeller parameters and adoption of blades of welded impeller with pressed plate, are put forward. It has been found that after practical operation with such impeller, the service life of the impeller can be doubled and the average operation efficiency is improved with remarkable economic benefit and the value for application.
