摘    要:研制了一种新型试验装置——基于Labview编程的应变控制共振式曲轴弯曲疲劳试验机。介绍了该控制系统的工作原理、主要性能指标、硬件组成和软件设计、试验实例等。实际使用结果表明,该套控制系统具有制造成本低、结构紧凑、测试精度高、工作稳定可靠、易于操作等优点。

Development of Resonant Crankshaft Fatigue Bending Machine in Strain Controlling Based on Labview

Abstract:The paper developed a new type testing machine, the resonant crankshaft fatigue bending machine based on strain controlling, introduced the working principle, key performance indexes, hardware composition and software design, and test instance of the measurement system. It is shown that testing machine has advantages of low production cost, compact structure, high accuracy, stability and reliablity, etc.
