加盖自卸式垃圾车车厢有限元分析

摘    要:基于加盖自卸式垃圾车使用情况确定了满载不平路面冲击工况、紧急制动工况、紧急转弯工况和举升工况4种极限工况。并按照4种工况应用有限元软件进行了分析,通过计算结果,发现垃圾车车厢能够满足设计使用的要求。为垃圾车的设计提供了帮助,缩短了设计周期。

Finite Element Analysis of Box of Garbage Dump Truck with Cover Plate

Abstract:Based on the using condition of a garbage dump truck with cover plate, the paper identified four limit working conditions such as impacting condition on rough pavement with full load, emergency braking condition, emergency turning condition and lifting condition, analyzed them with finite element software according to the four conditions. The calculation results show that the garbage truck carriage is safe, and can meet the design requirements. It is helpful for design of garbage truck, and then the design cycle is shortened.
