| 摘 要： | 主要研究了如何运用国标法和分光光度法测定垃圾渗滤液中的COD值.试验结果表明,分光光度法测定的UV254与COD值存在非常好的相关性,计算出的COD值与国标法测定的结果吻合度较高;并且该方法无需对被测样品进行任何处理就可直接测定,因此可节约测定成本,缩短测定时间.

| Abstract: | The determination methods of COD in waste leachate, including national standard method and spectrophotometry were compared. The results showed that the result UV254 of spectrophotometry had good relativity with- COD, and this COD was highly identical with the result determined by national standard method. The samples determined by spectrophotometry could be determined directly without being treated. So this method can save much determination cost and time. |
