| 摘 要： | 本文用化学方法和气相色谱法研究了梧桐籽油的脂肪酸组成。结果表明,油脂中主要含有十六碳酸和十八碳酸,其中不饱和酸含量高达78.3％-81.2％。

| Abstract: | Fatty acid compositions in phoenix seed oil were analyzed with chemical methods and chromatography. The results showed that hexadeca-carbon acid and octodeca-carbon acid are the major components, of which the content of unsaturated acids account for 78.3 percent. |
