| Abstract: | Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) is a highly discriminating tool for molecular typing, but the conventional PFGE protocol is time consuming. This paper describes a rapid method of PFGE for Listeria monocytogenes that yields results within 2 days. |
