不同农艺措施对K326上部叶单叶重及硝酸还原酶活性的影响

目的]研究伤根、留叶数、一次性采收对上部烟叶单叶重及硝酸还原酶活性的影响,为提高上部叶质量和可用性提供参考。方法]以烤烟K326为试材,采用不同伤根、留叶数、一次性采收处理,研究各农艺措施对烤烟上部叶单叶重及硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果]对上部烟叶单叶重影响力大小为伤根〉采收方式〉留叶数,其中伤根处理的影响达到了极显著水平（不同伤根处理中以三面伤根对单叶重的降低影响最大）,采收方式、留叶数的影响不显著。在相同伤根面情况下,一次性采收（带茎、不带茎）的上部叶硝酸还原酶活性强于分次采收的。结论]处理后的上部叶与对照相比硝酸还原酶活性有所降低,且硝酸还原酶活性与上部叶单叶重呈显著正相关。

Effects of Different Agronomic Measures on the Single Leaf Weight and NR Activity of the K326 Upper Leaves
