摘    要:目的]研究伤根、留叶数、一次性采收对上部烟叶单叶重及硝酸还原酶活性的影响,为提高上部叶质量和可用性提供参考。方法]以烤烟K326为试材,采用不同伤根、留叶数、一次性采收处理,研究各农艺措施对烤烟上部叶单叶重及硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果]对上部烟叶单叶重影响力大小为伤根〉采收方式〉留叶数,其中伤根处理的影响达到了极显著水平(不同伤根处理中以三面伤根对单叶重的降低影响最大),采收方式、留叶数的影响不显著。在相同伤根面情况下,一次性采收(带茎、不带茎)的上部叶硝酸还原酶活性强于分次采收的。结论]处理后的上部叶与对照相比硝酸还原酶活性有所降低,且硝酸还原酶活性与上部叶单叶重呈显著正相关。

Effects of Different Agronomic Measures on the Single Leaf Weight and NR Activity of the K326 Upper Leaves

Abstract:Purpose]In order to improve the quality and availability of upper leaves,The single leaf weight and NR activity of upper leaves was Studied by Root-cutting,The number of remaining leaves,Picking methods.Method] With K326 plant as the test material,The single leaf weight and NR activity of upper leaves was Studied by Root-cutting,The number of remaining leaves,Picking methods.Results]The Influence was Root-cutting>The number of remaining leaves>Picking methods,Dealing with Root-cutting reached a very significant level,Compared with the control,NR activity of treated was decrease,which has significantly positively related to single leaf weight.NR activity of one-time Picking methods was Stronger than Various-time Picking.Conclusion] 3sides Root-cutting has the greatest impact on the single leaf weight of upper leaves.Compared with the control,NR activity of treated was decrease,which has significantly positively related to single leaf weight.
