摘    要:本文采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了EuTiN iO4C l纳米晶,实现了最佳条件的正交实验选择,对其进行了X-射线、透射电镜、扫描电镜原子力显微镜表征分析,研究了最佳条件下不同热处理温度对纳米晶形貌、粒度的影响。结果表明,在最佳制备条件下产物平均粒径为45nm,粒径分布均匀;利用乙酸和正丁酯的酯化反应研究了其催化性能,并研究了微波功率、反应时间、催化剂用量、催化剂的粒径对催化酯化反应的影响。

Abstract:The na'noparticles of EuTiNiO4Cl was prepared by sol-gel method.The best condition of the product was selected by direct cross method.The na'noparticles was characterized by means of X-ray(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The physiognomy and sizes of na'noparticles were researched under the best condition in the different calcination temperature.The result indicated that the na'noparticles was cubical and their sizes were well-distributed.The average diameter of the EuTiNiO4Cl particles was 45nm.The etherification reaction between acetic acid and butyric alcohol was studied in the microwave eradiating,which the activator was EuTiNiO4Cl.Its catalytic in etherification activity influenced was researched which was microwave power,reaction time,the dosage of activator and the size of activator.
