| 摘 要： | 通过对幼龄去势沙能公山羊血清中甲状腺素（Ｔ_４）的放射免疫测定（ＲＩＡ）表明，其年平均含量为１１３．３２±７．６１ｎｇ／ｍｌ，冬季昼夜平均含量最高为１６８．６７±１２．８４ｎｇ／ｍｌ，极明显的高于其它季节。春季昼夜平均值为１３９．４９±１８．５４ｎｇ／ｍｌ，也极明显地高于夏秋两季。秋季、夏季昼夜平均值较低，分别为８１．５９±５．７０ｎｇ／ｍｌ、６３．５０±６．３８ｎｇ／ｍｌ，两者之间无明显差异。年平均值的昼夜变化及各季度含量的昼夜变化均无明显的昼夜差异，但白天小山羊血清中Ｔ_４含量高于夜间。

| Abstract: | The RIA was used to analyse T_4 content in blood serum of young castrated male sallon goats. The results showed that the year average content of T_4 was 113.32±7.61ng/ml.The day-night average content of T_4 in winter and spring was 168.67±12.84ng/ml and 139.49±18.54ng/ml,respectively,which were higher than the other seasons,It was 81.59±5.70 ng/ml in autumn and 63.50±6.38ng/ml in summer.Statistical analyses revealed that no evident day-night variations were found when the values of day and night content in year or in a season were averaged, while the values in day were higher than those in night |
