| 摘 要： | 犬产后缺钙症亦称犬产后抽搐症或产后子痫,是母犬分娩后的一种严重的代谢紊乱性疾病。是由于母犬怀孕后大量向胎儿输送钙质或分娩后通过乳汁,从体内向外排出钙质,而母犬又不能及时得到钙质的补充,造成血钙浓度下降而发生的缺钙症。本病临床特征为突发性肌肉强直痉挛,运动失调乃至倒地抽搐,体温升高,最高可超过43.0℃,呼吸促迫,口吐白沫,意识障碍等。2006-2008年,北京市平谷区动物疫病预防控制中心门诊病例中发生犬产后缺钙病40余例,经缓慢静脉滴注5%葡萄糖溶液100mL加10%葡萄糖酸钙治疗后全部治愈。

| Abstract: | Calcium deficiency disease in dogs was known as post-natal post-seizure disorders in dogs or postpartum eclampsia which was a Bitch after delivery of a serious metabolic disorders. Bitch pregnant as a result of a large number of calcium transport to the fetus or through breast milk after giving birth,discharge of calcium from the body outward,and the Bitch was not time to add calcium,resulting in decreased serum calcium concentration of calcium deficiency disease occurs.
