| 摘 要： | 林业是一个特殊的行业,集三大效益即经济效益、生态效益和社会效益于一体,林权改革更能体现改革和效益的关系。综述了江西省林业概况及集体林权改革进展情况,从三大效益角度来分析存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Innovation can not detach from benefits. Innovation is the result of pursuing the most benefit. So the essence of forest ownership reform of Collective Forestry Area is an effect revolution. Forest is a special industry, which gathering 3 benefits, namely economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit. Therefore, the forest ownership reform of Collective Forestry Area can explain the relationship between innovation and benefits well. The forest situation and the instance of forest ownership reform of Jiangxi province are introduced briefly. Then the revolution based on the 3 benefits is analyzed and considered, and found the problems. Finally, some suggestions on dealing with those problems are put forward. |
