鲜食甜糯玉米子粒可溶性总糖含量的研究

摘    要:对利用异隐纯合体杂交法所培育的9个甜糯玉米杂交种及其对应亲本自交系,在鲜食期的可溶性总糖含量进行了研究。结果表明:各甜糯玉米杂交种与其对应亲本间、9个甜糯玉米杂交种间、15个亲本自交系间的可溶性总糖含量都存在显著或极显著差异。甜糯玉米杂交种的可溶性总糖含量高于隐性纯合体wx、su1wx;但低于sh2wx、bt1wx、sh2su1wx。甜糯玉米sh213-2号的可溶性总糖含量最高,其次是bt1sh279-3号。sh2su1-79型和bt1sh2su1-43型甜糯玉米可溶性总糖含量较低。

Abstract:The soluble sugar content of nine sweet-waxy maize hybrids which w ere combined by using the cross between allotypic recessive homozygotes and thei r parents was studied in the fresh days. The results revealed that: the soluble sugar content was significantly or highly significantly different from each of t he sweet-waxy maize hybrid and its parents, from nine sweet-waxy maize hybrids a nd from fifteen parents. The soluble sugar content of sweet-waxy maize hybrids w as higher than that of the recessive homozygotes wx and su1wx; but lower than th at of the recessive homozygotes sh2wx, bt1wx and sh2su1wx. The soluble sugar con tent of sh213-2 hybrid was the highest and bt1sh279-3 hybrid second. The soluble sugar content of sh2su1-79 and bt1sh2su1-43 sweet-waxy maize was lower.
