韩国新村运动的主要成效、基本经验及对我国的启示

韩国新村运动的内涵就是脱贫致富，基本精神是“勤勉、自助与协作”，引申意义就是通过教育，培养、激发国民进取、向上的精神。提高国民整体素质。韩国的“新村运动”始于1970年代初．自开展运动以来，在农村取得了一定的成就，为许多第三世界国家所推崇、效法。韩国新村运动的成效与经验对中国的启示有：农村现代化与工业化、城市化可以做到同步推进；要形成改变农村落后面貌的体制机制；统一规划、突出重点、以城带乡、提高实效；政府可以借助于行政机制来弥补市场机制的先天不足，承担起要素的配置任务；耍针对农村的实际。考虑到农民的思想认识水平，积极搞好政策引导和思想发动，使行政手段更好地发挥作用。
