拉扭组合轴圆周表面裂纹应力强度因子仿真

摘    要:针对轴的圆周表面裂纹,采用弹性断裂理论和复变函数理论建立了计算模型.根据圆周表面裂纹应力强度因子解析计算方法仿真研究了裂纹深度、载荷类型、圆轴直径对应力强度因子的影响.得到了不同情况下的应力强度因子.给出了应力强度因子随裂纹深度变化的规律.并对轴受拉力、扭矩作用情况下的应力强度因子进行了比较.

Abstract:A computation model for the circumference surface cracks in the axis was founded based on the flexible fracture mechanics and complex function theory.According to the method based upon the surface cracks stress intensity factors,simulations were made by the influences of various crack length,load types,and axis's diameters respectively.Stress intensity factors were able to achieve in various circumstance.Cracks stress intensity factors were given by different crack depths.And stress intensity factor of the axis under pulling force or torque was analyzed for the comparison.
