我国农村金融体系的问题研究

农村金融体系主要承担资金动员而不是资金配置的功能,金融配置效率低下,这正是我国农村金融发展滞后的要害。国家对农村金融的管制使得中国金融发展呈现出明显的城乡"二元性"特征,即,农村金融发展滞后于城市金融发展。因此,分析我国农村金融支持经济发展存在的问题,有针对性地提出了放松市场准入限制,培育农村金融竞争性市场,以建立可持续的多层次的农村金融组织体系为主导方向非常重要。
